For med spa owners, injectors and aesthetic surgeons
A year of content for your med spa. Filmed in one week.
We script it, direct your shoot, edit 144 short videos, post them for you and run your Meta ads for 90 days. You go back to your patients.
20 minutes with Ben. No deck, no pressure. If it is not a fit, you leave with a plan anyway.

Sound familiar?
You are the best injector in your zip code. Nobody outside your patient list knows it.
01
Your front desk posts when they remember
A before-and-after on Tuesday, nothing for nine days, then a Canva quote. Patients scroll your feed before they call, and a thin feed reads like a thin practice.
02
Your best results get 40 likes and zero consults
You post a beautiful lip result and the only comments are other injectors. The post never explains who it is for, what it costs to find out, or what to do next.
03
Price shoppers, Groupon patients and no-shows
When the only thing people know about you is the treatment name and a promo, you attract the people who compare on price and cancel when you ask for a deposit.
04
The last agency sent a calendar and a template
They did not understand consent, the FTC, your state board or why you cannot say what they wrote. So the content sat in a Google Drive and you went back to doing it yourself at 10pm.
05
You do not have chair time to become a content creator
You are treating from nine to six. Scripting, filming, editing, captions and posting is a second full-time job, and it is the first thing that stops when the schedule fills.
06
Ads with no story behind them
A cold offer for tox at a discount, sent to people who have never seen your face, brings the wrong patient at the wrong price. Content is what makes the ad work.
How it works
One filming week. Twelve months of a practice that looks as good as its results.
- 01Weeks 1 to 2
We learn your practice
A deep intake and interview: your treatment menu, your best patients, your average treatment plan, what you can and cannot say in your state or country. We map 12 months of content and write every script and hook before you film a single clip.
- 02Shoot week
You film for one day. We direct.
One remote shoot of four to six hours with a teleprompter and Ben on the line coaching framing, pace and delivery. We capture a year of talking-head content, plus your treatment room, your team and the moments patients actually want to see.
- 03Months 1 to 12
We edit, schedule and post for 12 months
At least 12 finished short videos a month, edited in an authority style tuned to aesthetics, captioned, scheduled and published on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Facebook. You approve, we post.
- 04First 90 days after launch
We run your Meta ads for 90 days
We set up the pixel, the landing page and the qualifying form, then put your best videos in front of local patients with a clear path to a consult. Reporting in the numbers you care about: consult requests, booked consults, attended consults.
Ten hours of your year. That is the whole ask.

A plastic surgeon went from five likes a post to a reel played almost a million times.
Dr Marion Chan runs a surgical practice and a skin clinic in Melbourne under some of the strictest medical advertising rules in the world. Her clinic account was averaging five likes and zero saves. Ten weeks after we started scripting, editing and posting for her, her personal account had tripled and one of our videos had been played 987,251 times.
- 12,043 → 36,236
- followers on her personal account, 4 Jun to 15 Aug 2026
- 987,251
- plays on the breakout reel, from Instagram in-app counts
- 554,341
- people reached by the 45 videos we produced
- 3,750

The compliance rules, played straight
“Their editing is just out of this planet. The video they give you in the end just far exceeds my expectations of how I could have dreamed of it being.”
What is included
Everything between your expertise and a booked consult.
Strategy and positioning
Which treatments lead, which patient you want more of, what makes your practice the obvious choice.
12-month content map
Every video planned by treatment, season and buying question, so nothing is posted for the sake of posting.
Scripts and hooks
Written for how patients actually search and ask. You read, we shape. Compliance reviewed before you film.
Directed remote shoot
Teleprompter, shot list, live coaching. One day, not a week off the schedule.
144 edited shorts
Twelve a month minimum. Captions, on-screen text, your brand, no stock-footage look.
Publishing
Scheduled and posted for you across four platforms. You never open a scheduler.
Meta ads, 90 days
Pixel, landing page, qualifying form, creative, daily management. Extend month to month after.
Monthly review
One call a month on what booked, what did not, and what we film next round.
Investment
One fee. Twelve months of content. No retainer.
US$32,000
one-time, or two payments of US$16,000, 30 to 45 days apart
A content agency doing this well charges about US$8,000 a month, or US$96,000 a year, and you still film every month. You pay the equivalent of four months and film once.
- Average treatment plan
- US$5,000
- Patients to cover the fee

- Content that keeps working after that
- 12 months
Illustrative. Your number depends on your treatment mix and how you convert consults. We work it out for your practice on the fit call.
Want us to keep running your ads after 90 days? That is a month-to-month add-on, no lock-in.
Book a free fit callThe guarantee
If the ads do not book consults, we keep working for free.
If the first 90 days of ads do not produce at least three qualified consult bookings for your core treatment, we keep managing your Meta ads for another 90 days at no extra fee. We do not guarantee patients or revenue, because nobody can promise how your consult converts. We guarantee the part we control.
Qualified means a real person, in your service area, requesting a consult for a treatment you offer, through the funnel we build.
Built for a regulated category
We know what you are not allowed to say. We make content anyway.
Our flagship case study is an Australian plastic surgeon working under AHPRA and TGA rules, some of the tightest advertising restrictions in medical aesthetics. Her biggest video ever was about the rules themselves. In the US we work inside FTC endorsement guidance, HIPAA consent for any patient imagery and your state board advertising rules. Nothing goes live that your medical director would not sign.
- ✓Written patient consent before any before-and-after is filmed or posted
- ✓No outcome guarantees, no unrealistic expectations, no unqualified superlatives
- ✓Testimonials framed to endorsement rules in your jurisdiction
- ✓Medical director review built into the approval flow
Who this is for
Selective on purpose. It is how the guarantee stays honest.
A fit
- Owner-led med spa, aesthetic clinic, plastic or cosmetic surgery practice, or nurse injector with your own book
- A treatment menu with real margin: injectables, lasers, body contouring, surgical or non-surgical face and body
- You already close most consults you sit in. You need more of the right people in the chair
- You are willing to be the face of the practice on camera, for one day
Not a fit
- Franchise or PE-owned chains where the provider changes weekly
- Discount-led practices competing on the cheapest unit price
- You want someone else to be on camera
- You need patients this week. Content compounds; it does not sprint

Questions owners ask
Before you book, the answers you would ask for on the call.
How much of my time does this actually take?+
About ten hours across the year. A 90-minute intake, one filming day of four to six hours, a short approval pass each month and a monthly review call. Everything else is done for you.
Do I have to be on camera?+
Yes. Patients choose a provider, not a logo. The single biggest driver of consults in every practice we have worked with is the doctor or injector explaining things in their own voice. We make that easy with a teleprompter and live coaching, and most clients say the shoot day was far less painful than they expected.
Can you really get a year of content from one day?+
Yes, because the year is planned before you press record. We script around 150 short pieces, group them by outfit and set, and film in blocks. Four to six hours of directed filming produces more usable material than a year of ad hoc phone videos.
What about compliance, consent and my state board?+
Scripts are reviewed against your jurisdiction before you film. We use written consent for any patient imagery, avoid outcome guarantees and unqualified claims, and build a medical director sign-off into the approval flow. Our flagship case study is a surgeon working under Australian AHPRA and TGA rules, which are stricter than most US states.
Do you work with med spas outside the US?+
Yes. Our team is in Singapore and our clients are in the United States, Australia and the United Kingdom. Filming is directed remotely, so location does not matter. Call times are matched to your working day.
Who owns the footage and the videos?+
You do. Raw footage and finished edits are delivered to a shared drive that belongs to your practice. If you stop working with us, everything stays with you.
What does the ad spend cost on top?+
The fee covers management, creative and the funnel build. Media spend is paid by you directly to Meta. Most single-location practices start between US$1,500 and US$3,000 a month, and we set the number together based on your capacity and the consult value.
What happens after the 90 days of ads?+
Content keeps publishing for the full 12 months regardless. If the ads are working, most practices keep us on month to month for management. If you would rather take it in-house, we hand over the account, the audiences and the creative in a working state.
Is there a monthly option?+
No. The one-time fee is the product. It is priced at about four months of what a retainer costs, in exchange for one filming day instead of twelve. A two-payment plan is available.
